Pay related studies and clarifications carried out by GLM:
• A study about the functionality of payment by results systems in about 30 work communities. The study was
   carried out together with the University of Tampere. 1996–97.
• Executive Salaries and employment conditions. Nordic Executive Remuneration Survey 1993 and 1994.
• Work community / field specific wage level studies since 1994 carried out together with Hewitt Associates
   consulting office
• Studies on the functionality of remuneration systems.
• Compensation studies in which wage relations and distortions inside a company are analysed, and the wage
   level of the company is compared with the outside wage level.
• A study about the functionality of individual pay in 2002.
